Yoga + Therapy balls

This type of yoga focus on improving range of motion, eliminating pain, strengthening musculature around the joints, down regulating the nervous system and preparing the body for optimum performance/recovery. It targets  body regions but take an integrated whole body approach.  


Kinesiology exercises

Kinesiology uses movement as a preventive treatment and to improve performance with developing maximum body control, strength and usable ranges of motion.
